Foreign Shipper Affidavit

Based on the answers on the Shipping and Importation Questions you are required to download the Foreign Shippers Affidavit (FSA) document, and complete the FSA as per the instructions provided in the document. You are also required to follow the special shipment notification instructions.

Failure to follow the Foreign Shipper Affidavit instructions and/or informing the Notifying Party may lead to additional import taxes, processing fees, and a extended import process time.
